How I Help
My approach to anxiety therapy is fast, effective and empowering. I use evidence-based methods informed by the latest neuroscience to help rewire the patterns of thinking and behaviour that keep anxiety in place. These techniques are designed to create lasting change—quickly and gently.
I also draw on my extensive background in mental health, working with people of all ages. Many of my clients felt hopeless or stuck before they came to see me—but with the right tools and support, they moved forward and began to feel like themselves again.
Coaching for Performance Anxiety
In addition to anxiety therapy, I also offer coaching for performance-related anxiety—whether it’s sport, exams, interviews, or public speaking. If anxiety is holding you back from performing at your best, we’ll work together to build your confidence and optimise your mindset.

Appointments take place in my welcoming therapy room at 6 High Street, Ross-on-Wye, HR9 5HL. There are several nearby car parks, making it easy to access your session in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
