Solution Focused Brief Therapy is a short-term, goal-oriented approach that helps you focus on what’s working, rather than what’s wrong. Instead of analysing problems in detail, SFBT is about identifying your inner resources, clarifying your goals, and building on what already helps—even if only a little.
